I created this site out of desperation. I live in the suburbs of Los Angeles and although I’m only 40 min from downtown, it seems like each mile you travel from the city, style degrades so quickly that once you get to the suburbs it has disintegrated to the point that literally no one even changes out of their pajamas. In an effort to look my best and show my kids that athletic wear is not street style, I turned to someone you might not expect. Trying to use Pinterest to find current style is useless as I searched I found old content and links to $300 jeans. Sorry but this mom in the burbs just doesn’t have that kind of budget. So I asked of all people my my hubby who has a knack for style and also travels and sees actual people unlike me. Since I’m mostly home and taking care of my 4 beautiful kids I just don’t find the excitement of going to a store to try on clothes in a dressing room with my 2 year old trying to climb under the door opening. So, I thought how many other moms are in my spot? If I could pick an outfit and get it at the target drive up pick up with my water and laundry detergent with my toddler in the car? Yes please can I have another?
